In addition to advising trustees, personal representatives, guardians, conservators, attorneys-in-fact, health care agents and other fiduciaries, Attorney Ken Harvey has been named by clients and acted in these fiduciary capacities in hundreds of instances over three decades of practice. This is only done when requested by the client and is carried out with the utmost prudence and attention.
Ken has served as executor of simple and complex estates. He has managed many trusts over the years, including self-settled trusts, Marital Trusts for a spouse, trusts established for children and grandchildren, educational trusts, dynasty trusts that have spanned multiple generations, trusts that served as the majority shareholder in corporations and other business entities, asset protection trusts, special needs trusts and charitable trusts and foundations. While rare, Ken has also acted as attorney-in-fact and health care agent in some cases.
